Start with a pick up at the Marrakech airport and head for Ait Ben Haddou with our professional drivers. You can drive directly to the Desert Camp from Marrakech which takes 8 hours, but we recommend you do the journey in two days, enabling you to enjoy a Morocco tour through the Atlas mountains (Berber nation) and onto the magical Ait Ben Haddou – city of the Kasbahs. Crossing the Atlas Mountains from Marrakech to Ait Ben Haddou takes just 4 hours.

You will discover a part of yourself traveling through ancient communities on this Moroccan journey through the Draa Valley to the region of M’hamid Sahara.Enjoy an exciting mix of traditional and modern desert adventures. Arrive at a rustic ecological BIO desert campsite nestled deep in the Saharan sand dunes and overlook the vast and endless rolling dunes. Camp Adounia is an ecological desert tented camp. A full on camel trek to kick start your day or at sunset, see the hardy herbivores up close and take a memorable camel ride. Surf a sandboard down the Saharan sand dunes. Once you’re confident, race your fellow travelers down the drifting dune slopes.

Relax at a desert campsite as the sun sets. Listen to Nomad music around a bonfire, dance, and top it off with scrumptious Moroccan foods (dietary requirements are catered for) under the stars until you drift off to sleep as the stars twinkle gloriously overhead.
