1. Tour Types Covered

This cancellation policy applies to all ArganSports tours, including:
  • Gravel Biking Tours
  • Mountain Biking Tours
  • On-Road Biking Tours
  • City Biking Tours
  • Culinary and Spa Biking Tours

2. Standard Cancellation Terms

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before tour start time:
  • 25% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee
  • 75% of the tour price will be refunded
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of tour start time:
  • 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee
  • 50% of the tour price will be refunded

2.2 No-Shows

  • Customers who do not arrive for their scheduled tour without prior notice will be charged 100% of the tour price
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows

3. Modification Policy

3.1 Tour Date Changes

  • Tour date changes requested more than 48 hours in advance:
  • One free date change permitted, subject to availability
  • Additional changes will incur a 10% administrative fee
  • Tour date changes requested within 48 hours:
  • Subject to availability
  • 25% modification fee applies

3.2 Tour Type Changes

  • Changes to tour type are subject to availability
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Standard cancellation policies apply if the new tour type is unavailable

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Weather Conditions

  • If ArganSports cancels a tour due to severe weather conditions:
  • Full refund provided, or
  • Option to reschedule at no additional cost

5.2 Medical Emergencies

  • Cancellations due to medical emergencies with valid documentation:
  • Full refund minus 10% administrative fee, or
  • Option to reschedule at no additional cost
  • Medical documentation must be provided within 72 hours of cancellation

6. Group Booking Cancellations

  • Groups of 6 or more participants:
  • Cancellations more than 7 days in advance: 25% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations within 7 days: 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 75% cancellation fee

8. Discretionary Considerations

ArganSports reserves the right to:
  • Review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis
  • Make exceptions to this policy under extraordinary circumstances
  • Request supporting documentation for special circumstance claims

9. Policy Updates

This cancellation policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and will not affect existing bookings.
